Job Description

Are you passionate about working for a growing company with the opportunity to progressThis is an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Supervisor with experience within Fleet (managing or overseeing) to join a company based in Chelmsford on a full time, permanent basis. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. It is fully office based with free parkingon site.Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing a fleet of currently 100 vehicles for the business with a growing fleet
  • Liaising with HR and Compliance departments to ensure appropriate insurance is covered for vehicles
  • Maintaining all vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules with managers and directors
  • Scheduling services, MOTs, and inspections for mechanics, ensuring all checks and paperwork are accurate
  • Diary management and responsible for managing diaries for mechanics
  • Working with existing processes and implementing new processes based on your fleet knowledge
  • Providing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to assist the smooth running of the office
To be successful for this position you must have Fleet Administration experience and/or a background in this. You will need to be a confident and highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills at board and directorlevel.This is a great position for an ambitious candidate looking to join a company that can offer career progression into a Fleet Management role within 12-18 months.This opportunity will pay you a starting salary of £33k Per Annum (depending on experience).
