Job Description

Title: Head of FP&ALocation: CheadleSalary: £75,000 to £85,000 + generous bonus + other benefitsA high-growth business with international footprint head quartered in Cheadle is looking for a commercially minded FP&A leader to join as Head of FP&A in an exciting new role. Following on from substantial growth on an international scale, you will be responsible for ensuring the right commercial decisions are being made as they continue to scale the business globally. Responsibilities include:

  • Workin with the Group FP&A Director you will be responsible for providing high quality financial planing and analysis to understand the business and potential commercial opportunities
  • Lead in the business planning process and Annual Budget process
  • Produce high quality analysis to support business planning
  • Produce long, medium and short-term financial plans
  • Present commercial analysis and insight to senior management, supporting business planning objectives
  • Provide insight on business performance
  • Build a high performing team in the long-term
    • This is an excellent opportunity to have influence on the strategy of an internationally growing business in a newly formed role.The successful candidate must have:
  • Minimum 5 years experience within a commercial finance or FP&A role
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Proven ability in managing a team
