Reed Education are working in partnership with Secondary Schools across Stockport,Cheshire.We are now recruiting for Teaching Assistants who are able to support SEN pupils within mainstream secondary education.As a Teaching Assistant you will be able to successfully build positive relationships with pupils, encouraging them to succeed and will create an enjoyable learning environment for a range of ability levels.Your role may involve:• Preparing learning resources• Encouraging children’s confidence and the ability to work independently where needed• Completing educational learning records• Helping children to understand instructions and supporting school workWe are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, has the ability to work well as part of a team and has the patience and willingness to ensure children reach their full potential.
