Job Description

PPA Teacher in ChathamRequired to start ASAPKS2Are you confident in guiding young minds effectively and supporting children reach their full potential Are you passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environmentAcademics are working with an excellent primary school who are seeking a PPA Teacher to join their team in Chatham Part time until the end of the academic year.PPA Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality engaging lessons across KS2 ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
  • Assessing and monitoring progress of pupils providing feedback and support to ensure improvement.
  • Collaborating with class teacher to ensure straightforward transitions during PPA periods.
  • Maintaining effective behaviour management strategies.
Successful Candidates will:
  • Hold a QTS
  • Have an excellent understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have a positive and flexible attitude and be able to effectively work in a team supporting colleagues and contribute to the succession of the school.
