Home Ownership OfficerLocation: KentSalary: £36,700Panoramic Associates is excited to announce a new opportunity to collaborate with a housing association, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Home Ownership Officer to join this Home Ownership team.In this role, youll play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive services to the Homeowners, encompassing income management, and addressing tenancy issues.Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting annual reviews of leaseholder service charges in collaboration with Asset Management and other relevant teams, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, and furnishing annual accounts to all leaseholders.
Managing leaseholder service charge accounts, overseeing payment agreements, and monitoring arrears, including those related to shared ownership.
Offering support during the annual audit of service charge accounts.
Participating in leaseholder involvement meetings and community gatherings with customers and partner agencies.
Establishing payment arrangements and addressing customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Providing assistance for staircasing and home ownership sales processes.
Updating policies and procedures to align with legislative changes.
Generating reports and compiling statistics on all aspects of home ownership and income management.
Responding to solicitors inquiries regarding leasehold and shared ownership sales.
Advising other teams and facilitating Section 20 consultations, including preparing and dispatching necessary paperwork.
Handling arrears management and implementing arrears agreements effectively.
