Job Description

We are a multi-award winning training academy, VTCT registered and CPD accredited company who are looking to expand our team.Title: Beauty and/or Nails LecturerLocation: Chatham, KentHourly rate: £25.00p/hDates and hours per day / week to be discussed in more detail with your recruiter Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of delivering Nails and/or Beauty based programmes up to Level 3
  • Must hold a recognised teaching qualification
  • Must hold a recognised assessors qualification
  • Hold a recognised qualification within Nails and/or Beauty.
  • Must hold solid occupational competency within Nails and/or Beauty.
  • Must be IT Literate.
  • Ability to send through all I.D, Rights to Work and proof of Qualifications
    • Duties include:
  • Teach/assess learners across Nails and Beauty programmes up to Level 3.
  • Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
  • To be instrumental in curriculum development by contributing to teaching and learning materials, assignments and schemes of work etc.
  • Actively contribute to the advice, guidance and assessment of upcoming learners through participating in student interviews and open days.
  • Undertake internal verification and provide suitable information for both moderation and re-validation purposes as required.
  • Report and upload all student trackers
  • Assist staff with their development as required.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
