We are working with a fabulous home, and looking for an experienced Deputy Manager or Registered Manager to support Cedar House. The People we support at Cedar have complex disabilities and require support with Soma care, Diabetes and Total communication – the ideal candidate will have experience in these fieldsThe ideal candidate will have had management experience, have NVQ 4 or working towards Level 5.Must be a driver, flexible and IT confidentThe expectation is 2/3 days a week providing support.There is a Deputy Manager and a Team of 15 day and night staffSalary is £31,500 with 248 hours of A/l a yearStaff have access to EAP.
