Job Title: Technical CAD DetailerLocation:Gloucester Salary:£20,000 - £30,000Start:ASAPMy client is a small family run surveying company in Gloucester that pride themselves of providing detailed designs and accurate surveys for the commercial, industrial, municipal and residential sectors.As they are steadily growing, they are seeking to employ two new members of staff, one of which is a Technical CAD Detailer.Scope of work

Produce Detailed Technical designs

Create 3D models and visualisations

The use of pointcloud to produce Laser / Lazer Scanned images

Production of Measured Building Surveys

Work alongside Building Surveys to assist in Surveys

Liaise with Architects and Draughtsman on design specifications

Experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Sound understanding of building design

Understanding of U.K. Building Regulations

Experience in an Architecture or Architectural practice

Degree in a construction or Architectural / Architecture related topic
