Were looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Solutions Team based in Hull.Location: Hull - hybrid working available with Travel to offices and sites as requiredContract:Permanent, Fixed term contract – 12 monthsWhat will you be responsible forAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, youll be working within the Building Solutions Team, supporting them in various projects and areas .Your day to day will include:

Regular financial reporting; processing and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream and managing relationships with the Client and the appointed professional team.
Collaborative working with all external and internal stakeholders will be crucial, including mentoring/managing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the growth of the hub
Working on a portfolio of projects predominately in the civils industry

What are we looking forThis role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

Demonstrate general construction knowledge
Ideally from a civils background
Have Experience of delivering projects under NEC and JCT Forms of Contract
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
