Job Description

The CompanyWe currently have excellent opportunities to join our UK business as an Industrial Door Service Engineer based in the Wetherby / Doncaster & Sheffield areas. This role includes a great basic salary, premium overtime, commission and callout rates.Your main responsibilities as an Industrial Door Service Engineer will be:

  • Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance and other service activities on our range of products following logical and systematic steps to diagnose any potential or existing faults
  • Recommending improvements to the customer and providing quotations on prospective work such as replacement of wear and tear parts to avoid breakdowns between service visits and upgrades to improve functionality
  • Working closely with the service sales department so that potential sales leads can be captured
  • Providing ongoing support to customers whilst always demonstrating excellent customer service
As an Industrial Door Service Engineer youll need to be:
  • Responsible, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. You will represent the company in a professional and supportive manner, developing positive working relationships with our customers as well as co-workers.
  • An individual who is a results orientated and shows initiative to problem solve and come up with new ways of working. You will be eager to learn and develop new skills.
Ideally you will be from the Industrial Doors and Docking industry, however candidates who can demonstrate good transferable skills will be considered. You will have a full Driving Licence, ideally be electrically or mechanically qualified and have goodIT skills due to the use of tablets.Benefits
