Job Description

Do you have electrical engineering experience, and are you seeking a new job in Oldham or Lancashire Electricity North West is looking for full-time Transmission Engineers, and the role comes with a salary of up to £74,475.55 dependent on skills and experience,plus excellent benefits.As a Transmission Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and repairing plant and circuits associated equipment at 11kV, 33kV and 132kV. You will also work with other maintenance, fault, and construction engineers to revise the schedulingof individual projects and maintenance activities to ensure the programme objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently, managing the risk of interruption to supply for our customers.Within this Electrical Engineer role, you can expect to:

Deliver construction and maintenance projects at 11kV, 33kV and 132kV.
Manage transmission faults.
Handle day-to-day management of framework contractors.
Manage Customer Interruptions (CI) and Customer Minutes Lost (CML) risk.
