Registered Manager£60,000 - £65,000 per annum + BenefitsLittleborough, OldhamFull time contract - 37.5 hours This is an amazing opportunity to join a well established and expanding care group who specialise in specialist high quality care for individuals with complex care needs and dementia care needs; the service is searching for a Registered Manager to head up itsteam!The service is located within easy access to Rochdale, Oldham and Manchester; the service is a stunning state-of-the-art, new build residential nursing care home supporting up to 51 working-aged and older adults with mental health and complex care needs thatare challenging, to live a comfortable lifestyle. The service opened in January 2021 and benefits from an industry leading MDT on site consisting of psychologists, OTs, physiotherapists and speech and language therapists so as a Registered Manager here you can be guaranteed support from this varied team andwork alongside a clinical lead and matron alongside regional, HR and area support. This home required a strong leader, determined with good CQC knowledge to make improvements within the team and to its existing CQC report, if youre a Registered Manager that likes a challenge and has turnaround experience and you are passionate about qualityand clinical governance this is the role for you!
