Marketing ManagerSalary: £30,000 - £32,000 (DOE) + £10,000 Bonus + Ongoing training + Excellent benefitsRef: JW52989Based in Central London- Do you have experience managing your own marketing campaigns- Do you have a minimum of 2 years commercial conference marketing experience- Do you have working knowledge of: Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics or Google AdWordsOur client, a highly established Conference company, specialising in international events over many different portfolios, are currently recruiting for a creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to join their team.As Marketing Manager, you will maximise the commercial opportunity of your events by creating and executing strategic marketing plans. You will utilise the full marketing mix and work alongside the sales team to create a unified plan to drive leads and direct revenue.Marketing Manager duties:Build and deliver strategic marketing campaigns for events and portfolios, including:- Topic and audience research- Manage the data research process and key stakeholders- Run effective and actionable campaign analysis (pre-, during, and post-event)- Email marketing and effective data segmentation- Affiliate marketing through speakers, sponsors, media partners and associations- Social media strategy and management- PR/ press efforts- Budgeting and cost control- Plan and co-ordinate project team meetingsMarketing Manager skills required include:- Minimum of 2 years’ conferences and/or exhibition marketing experience- Proven track record of successfully running your own marketing campaigns- Ability to carry out marketing plans autonomously- Working knowledge of: Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics or Google AdWords is preferred- Highly effective time management and prioritisation of short and long-term projects- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Able to apply copywriting principles to external marketing communications- Able to conduct robust data analysis to inform the direction of their marketing campaignsThis is an incredible opportunity to deliver and build on your core marketing skills, so please do not hesitate in sending your CV to Jacky today!
