Job Description

Reed HR are working with an International Financial Services company based in Central London to recruit a fluent Chinese speaking Senior HR Advisor on a Permanent basis. Salary circa £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. This job will operate on a hybrid workingbasis with days worked both from the office and from home each week.This job will be responsible for the full employee life cycle to support the development of a high performing workplace culture. You will partner with Line Managers across the business on a range of generalist HR duties, including updating and reviewingpolicies and processes, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, strategic development, performance management, Learning & Development and more.Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:

  • Support the HR team in a Generalist HR remit, supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Assist with the training and development of new joiners and existing employees, coordinating training needs and training delivery.
  • Support the management of employee performance and assist in the processes from target settings to regular review.
  • Support with employee engagement. Coordinate relevant surveys and create reports from the results of the survey data.
  • Assist the HR team on the management of employment relations and handling of sensitive information, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness/absence, and performance.
  • Take responsibility for the management of HR data, creating reports on a variety of different HR related issues.
  • Act on various employee queries on HR policies and procedures, ensuring you give advice in line with employment law and legislation.
  • Undertake any additional adhoc duties or projects as required
This is a professional and demanding Senior HR Advisor role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have worked within a similar position within a Financial Services company previously. You will be happy to manage all aspects of the HR employee lifecycleand not be afraid to work autonomously and get stuck in. It is also ideal that you are able to speak fluent Chinese/Mandarin.This organisation offers a fantastic salary and benefits package.
