Job Description

Communications/Marketing Executive Central London (Great Portland Street) - hybrid role - an expectation of 3 days per week to be in the office£28,000 - £33,000Fabulous opportunity to join this forward-thinking and rapidly expanding property management firm in their London offices.If you are you up for a challenge, enjoy learning new skills and being part of a team, then this could be a great opportunity for you! We are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic, can do’ person to join a small and friendly marketing team working fromhome and from HQ London offices in W1.You may have previous experience as a Digital Marketing Executive and be looking to learn more about communications beyond just social media. This is an important and exciting role created to ensure that the business is consistently producing high qualitymarketing, communications and events internally and externally.Working across the marketing mix, your role has responsibility for the design, production, management and assessment of documents and marketing material, as well as merchandise and events organisation.You will have the ability to build strong relationships with key contacts both internally and externally, be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, use your own initiative andbe able to prioritise efficientlyResponsibilities:

  • Adhering to the external and internal communications plan
  • Supporting all internal and external communications projects
  • Understanding the brand positioning and toolkit in order to create and produce material that is on brand’
  • Write and edit content for press releases, social media content, marketing materials and website etc
  • Gathering content from across the business for communications and marketing purposes
  • Ensuring documents and materials produced by other parts of the business and suppliers are on brand/on-message e.g. Google templates and materials created by Brand Ambassadors etc
  • Briefing external agencies/parties for the production of key collateral when required (eg. copywriters)
  • Organising photo-shoots, video-shoots, with help
  • Working with the digital marketing producers to deliver across all channels (including website and social media) and to schedule/execute campaigns
  • Event support
