Customer Service AdvisorPermanentFull timeNorwich - £20,000 - £22,000 per annumHales Group are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Advisor to work with our client based in Cawston.The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am5:00pm.About the company:

Key duties include:

Liaising with customers over the phone, via email and on live chat
Providing aftersales support
Responding to and escalating emails
Ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date
Processing orders/payments

Key requirements include:

Calm, professional and personable customer service delivery
A natural multi-tasker with confidence in using virtual platforms and CRM systems
An adaptable approach to the role; can work in a fast pace environment and deal with challenging situations
