Job Description

Are you looking for your next exciting role within Administration Reed are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator to join a busy team based 20 minutes North of Norwich.Pay rate: £18,500 per annum (£9.49 per hour)Start date: 12th JulyContract length: Ongoing temp assignmentLocation: NR10Learning and Development Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Support with all L&D administration
  • Keeping records up-to-date and supporting the delivery of a training matrix, 2021/2022 training plan and monitoring and amending dates appropriately.
  • Monitoring the training inbox and responding appropriately
  • Booking, amending and communicating training workshops with individuals and external companies i.e. venues, virtual coaching sessions and onsite workshops across the business
  • Supporting the L&D Manager with workshop planning, training administration and apprenticeship documentation
  • Organising and maintaining documentation and 121 meetings for apprentices on learners progress, including reviews where appropriate
  • Monitoring external systems to ensure apprentices carry out necessary activities in the workplace and record them on the relevant external systems.
  • Creating a guide of training courses including funded and apprenticeships
