Job Description

They deliver world class results to world class companies in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Foods, Beverage, Automotive and Aerospace.About the Role:You will be responsible for expediting outstanding purchase orders to ensure the delivery of goods is in line with the Clients expectations and stores operational requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • To expedite outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner to ensure to delivery of goods is in line with Stores operational requirements
  • Liaise directly with customers in receipt of direct orders to confirm the delivery of goods and to up date the records on SAP accordingly
  • To accurately record all communication with Stores personnel and Vendors into the SAP System
  • Amend current stock lines on the system(s) to reflect the description, Supplier, and inventory level change(s) where appropriate
  • To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role
Candidate Requirements:
  • A positive attitude with the ability to deliver excellent client experience and satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient planning and organisational skills with a methodical and logical approach
  • Strong ICT skills with the proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience of ensuring quality standards is maintained alongside strong performance management culture
