Job Description

City & Capital are currently representing a highly respected financial planning & wealth management business who are actively looking to appoint a proactive & professional Client Services Executive to their growing team, at an exciting time.Our client is on an exciting growth trajectory & offers integrated & specialist advice for both corporate & private clients with a range of holistic products, financial planning and wealth management services. The business offers a fantastic culture forgrowing professionals in the space, due to their strong capacity to develop staff and to assist them with the growth of their careers.As Client Services Executive, you will report in to the Client Services Manager and your role will be a diverse blend of client communication, product administration, market research, document creation & other duties that ultimately support the needs ofthe firms advisers and their clients.Duties Include (But may not be limited to):

  • Administration of Life, Investment & Pension products
  • Ensuring all supporting documentation is maintained
  • Submission & administration of applications/top ups
  • Undertaking required product & market research
  • Obtain product quotations & present to advisers with relevant data
  • Maintaining reports and trackers
  • Administration of IO in all aspects of activity
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Assist with the preparation of annual reviews & portfolio reviews
  • Check reports review reports prepared by the review team
  • Liaise with external stakeholders of the business
  • Prepare platform withdrawals, fund switches, transactions etc…
  • Ensure all files are compliant at all times
  • Provide on-going administration of investment and pension products
The ideal individual for this role will therefore demonstrate the requisite experience & knowledge to take responsibility for the above tasks & will have a detailed understanding of the advice process & compliance within the sector.Ideally, you will be experienced in the back office system, IO, as this is the operating system utilised by our client and you will have at least a working knowledge of EIM and how they operate, including the maintenance of cash balances.You will be an individual who is well organised and comfortable when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.   • Demonstrate experience in similar role within financial planning & wealth management
  • Have a good working knowledge of IO
  • Be confident in the administration of investment, life and pension products
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally, and in writing
  • Have an excellent attention to detail
  • Be highly organised & capable of spinning a number of plates
Our client is willing to pay up to c£35k as a basic salary for the ideal individual, relevant to experience & qualifications, as you would expect. Higher offers may be considered for exceptional candidates.
