Job Description

Operations and Contracts ManagerAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Operations and Contracts Manager based in Carrickfergus. The successful candidate will earn £35,000 - £40,000.Work location can vary from day to day depending on client site. Some work can require significant travel to Ireland; Mainland UK; Offshore Islands; Europe and Middle East.Applicants should therefore ensure that they have sufficient arrangements in place to allow them to work and travel away from home.Hours as required to cover duties, following a successful probation period employees are expected to participate in an On Call rota system. Allowing the business to respond to full calendar call outs when necessary.Role Requirements

  • Experience and qualifications as a time served Electrician or equivalent degree and experience.
  • Full Driving Licence3 point Maximum penalty Job requires significant manual handling ability and matching fitness levels.
  • Experience of single and 3 phase electrical systems. Experience of UPS power electronics and processes.
  • Experience of Training Specification and of training other Engineers.
Role Responsibilities
  • Working as part of the total team to provide an excellent customer service primarily focussed on the installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of high voltage UPS systems.
