Accounts Payable Specialist- South East Antrim- £25,000- £30,000 per annum- Hybrid WorkingReed Belfast is delighted to be working with a Manufacturing Organisation based in South-East Antrim. An excellent opportunity has arisen within their Accounts Payable Department for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.This role is offering full-time hours and a very competitive salary of £25,000- £30,000 per annum. Flexible hybrid working will also be offered ( 3 days within the office and 2 days at home).Reporting to The Finance Operations Manager you will be responsible for completing the following duties: Processing purchase invoices in various currencies in a timely and accurate manner, including matching receipt notes with invoices, checking process against purchase orders and ensuring correct account codes are used in the preparation for computer input Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers on invoice/ PO/ payment issues Input AP invoices on to Sage System Assist in the installation of new automated AP system Process vendor payments Prepare and process foreign currency payments Reconcile vendor statements, ensure all invoices, and credit notes Maintain accounts payable files by filing all accounts payable documentation and updating supplier statementsEssential Criteria: Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent including Maths and English 2 years experience in senior AP role IT literate, proficient in the use of MS Office PackagesIf you would like to be considered for this role then please submit your CV via the link provided.
