We require a Band 5 Staff Nurse to work in our Older Peoples Services within the North Sector. You will have the ability to fulfil the job description outline and work within the nursing and multi-professional team to ensure a high standard of care to this defined patient group, competently performing the necessary technical, invasive and physical aspects of care for this defined patient group.It is essential you are a Registered Adult Nurse with relevant post registration experience.
