Please note this post will be a dual role within the Employee Relations Team, supporting ER casework and quality assurance within the service.Job PurposeThe postholder will assist the Head of HR Employee Relations and Human Resources Manager in the provision of a proactive and comprehensive HR service. This will be done through the analysis of information/systems, identification of trends and hotspots to enable improvements to be made to information/resources available, the consistency of advice provided and ensure targeted support provided were required.Additional Information Specific to the Role• Monitoring of Employee Relations systems to ensure they are regularly updated and accurate. Highlighting missing information to HR staff and escalation to HR Manager as necessary.• Analysis of information held on Employee Relations systems to identify trends and hotspots.• Analysing and interpreting data in order to explore variations in performance against KPIs and identify areas for improvement.• Reviewing enquiries via Service Now to identify trends and areas that may require additional support.• Monitoring completion of HCSW Standards for new employees and addressing non-compliance with appropriate management and via HR policies as required.• Monitoring and reporting of performance against KPI’s.• Audit checks carried out on levels of data prior to producing reports.• The post holder is able to identify and progress development opportunities to improve systems/processes.• Support the Joint Policy Forum in the audit of closed ER cases.Should you wish to discuss the post in more detail, please contact Wendy Craw, HR Manager on.If you have any queries regarding the application form or recruitment process, please contact Karen McKenzie, Recruitment Administrator on.Please note: we anticipate a high level of interest in this position and may close the advert once a sufficient amount of applications are received.
