Supporting projects to improve products, test alternative ingredients, run practical assessments, recipe reformulation
Developing and launching new products
Collaborate with sales and marketing
Maintain high quality standards

Skills and Experience required:

Bakery knowledge and experience, ideally in sweet bakery products
Recipe formulation experience
Can-do, positive attitude
