Job Description

USC Hydraulics have evolved from Universal Supplies (Clydesdale) LTD established in 1982 by offering hydraulic and pneumatic equipment supply and repair throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. We have developed over the course of 50+ years inthe hydraulics and engineering & Manufacturing industries by working with many businesses in the agricultural, public, offshore, petrochemical, transport, food, construction and marine sectorsThey are currently looking for a digital applications apprentice who will be working within the office as well as in the warehouse. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in both administration and hands on work. If you think this soundsup your street, apply today!Key Responsibilities:

  • Using EXCEL for spreadsheets.
  • Utilitising an internal CRM system called Cashflow for accounts and stock control.
  • Completing purchase ledgers using a bespoke finance system.
  • Telephone to external and internal people.
  • Using Thunderbird and Firefox for Email.
  • General administration duties.
Required Skills:
  • Someone who cares about the quality of their work

  • Flexible in their approach and reliable
  • Ambition and strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills
  • A driving license would be beneficial
Additional Information:
  • Salary £5.00 per hour - This will be reviewed after 6 and 12 months
  • Tuesday - Friday 22 hours per week
