The HR Recruitment Systems and Projects Lead is primarily responsible for the management and development of recruitment systems including HR service now and NHS Scotland’s electronic recruitment system Jobtrain.The role also involves responsibility for key recruitment projects and initiatives such Princes Trust, Project Search, Modern Apprenticeships and recruitment accreditations.Successful post holder will provide management and leadership support to the recruitment team in the absence of the Recruitment Team Leader.Please note - we are looking for candidates who are available for immediate start.
