The successful candidates will maintain a range of buildings services, plant and equipment, which can sometimes be complex and non-routine by diagnosing and repairing faults as they occur.The post holders will plan and prioritise workload and material management requirements on a day-to day basis.To be considered for these posts you must have served a Mechanical or Plumbing apprenticeship for a minimum of four years and have experience of maintenance of complex building services, plant and equipment.
