Job Description

A local charity is seeking a part time cook/chef to start immediately. This is a temporary role, however, for the right person may lead to a permanent job.Location, Carlton, Bedfordshire.Working hours 10.00am until 5.30pm to cover Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.Will consider weekends onlyHourly pay rate is £12.00.Job responsibilities:You will prepare, cook, and help serve lunch and dinner to their in-house companions who live on site. You will cater for a maximum of 50 at lunchtime and 30 at dinnertime. You will serve old fashioned home cooked food, pasties, jacket potatoes, salads lunchtime.One meal to be served only in the evening. You will also clean tables and assist with washing up and cleaning the kitchen area.
