Our Client is looking to hire a Weekend Hostel Assistant (part time - 21 hours per week).They are a rapidly growing and changing community housing association based in Cardiff. Their traditional public service values are being challenged by a more commercial culture and the requirement for more risk and innovation.They are a diverse business with experience in social housing management and development, private sector leasing, social lettings, market lets and sales, commercial/regeneration experience and a large funded recycling project.Nightingale House is their 26 bed hostel for familes who are homeless. Nightingale House provide support for families to prepare them in securing and maintaining a tenancy.They are looking for a Weekend Hostel Assistant to join their team. As a Weekend Hostel Assistant, you will be an important part of their Housing Management Team. You will be the first point of contact for the hostel, providing a high quality customer focusedservice for residents and stakeholders.You will work Saturday & Sunday 7.00am - 7.00pm.
