Training Advisor - Business AdministrationHours: 37 hoursLocation: ALS Head Office, Ocean Park House, Cardiff.Starting salary: £25,000 (£24,000 - unqualified assessor) rising to £28,000 per annum pro rata (Grade 5).Who we are:ALS Training is a leading provider of training, learning and development solutions with over 2,000 Apprentices in learning each week. We design, deliver and evaluate a comprehensive range of training and development solutions to service both employers’ andemployees’ and their individual needs.What you’ll do:We are looking for a creative and passionate individual to support learners within the workplace to achieve Business Services Apprenticeship Frameworks. The role involves ensuring learners have an excellent learner journey experience, delivering teachingand learning of qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales and Retail. You will need to be a people person with a passion for learning and great organisational skills.You will be responsible for a caseload of learners ensuring timely achievement of qualifications.The role will be home based, with potential travel pan Wales. Therefore, a full, clean driving licence is required.
