Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Management Lead to oversee the development and execution of an integrated Talent Management and Resourcing Strategy. This pivotal role ensures that the organisationremain an employer of choice, sourcing the right talentat the right time and price, and nurturing the growth and retention of our highest potential talent and senior leaders. The successful candidate will manage strategic resourcing, succession planning, and talent mobilisation to support the continuous successof the organisation. initial 12-month contract Day to Day of the role:

  • Develop and manage theapproach to talent management, succession planning, and resourcing.
  • Enhance the end-to-end candidate experience and develop our Employer Brand in alignment with our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Collaborate with the Inclusion Manager to ensure a diverse talent pipeline and an inclusive leadership culture.
  • Optimize and retain key talent through effective career mapping and development opportunities.
  • Manage development programmes for executives, ensuring continuous learning aligned with business strategy.
  • Oversee succession plans for Executive and Board members, providing updates to Board committees and external regulators.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on talent mobilisation, linking it to business success and robust succession management.
  • Guide Talent Acquisition Partners in managing Executive and Board talent hires and maintaining the Preferred Supplier List.
  • Analyse and report on talent and resource data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technology for talent and resourcing diagnostics.
  • Professional qualification or equivalent experience in Talent Management.
  • Significant experience managing succession plans and leadership pipelines to Board level.
  • Experience in resourcing strategies within a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of attraction, recruitment, and selection tools, including psychometrics.
  • Strong coaching leadership style with prior line management experience.
  • Experience managing people risks such as Vacancy, Readiness, Transition, and Portfolio risks..
  • (Desirable) Experience managing digital recruitment channels.
