Job Description

Sustainability Consultant | Cardiff | Permanent Ref: DB2038Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join their well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy. The firm have built up an excellent reputation in the construction sector with various residential and commercial projects.Sustainability Consultant Requirements:

  • Licensed BREEAM Assessor
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Experience with local authority policies, their application and planning process
  • BREEAM Advisory Professional (AP) qualification (Desirable)
  • Brilliant time management and communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and positive can-do attitude
Sustainability Consultant Duties:
  • Complete BREEAM assessments
  • Deliver technical support to clients
  • Support with written reports at all development stages
  • Be responsible for the financial and project management of a range of sustainability services
  • Deliver Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessments from planning through to completion
  • Assist with embodied carbon calculations
