SQL Support Analyst£45,000-58,000 p/annumFully RemoteCPS Group are working exclusively with a well established IT company who are looking to hire a SQL Support Analyst to focus on Government-focused projects. This role sits within the Production Team. As the SQL Support Analyst, your role is to resolve issues and problems that arise on the Rural Payments account internal and external applications. Your day-today duties include:- Carrying out incident and problem management for live production incidents.- Collaborate with Business Analysts / Third line support staff for more complex incidents.- Prompt escalation of problems, issues, and risks as necessary.- Playing an active part in process improvement, awareness of and compliance with all relevant quality processes and procedures.You must be proficient in using MS SQL/ SQL Server in order to be considered for this opportunity.
