They are a leading provider of technical healthcare management services and solutions RESPONSIBILITIES For the management of the service delivery for the relevant accounts. Ensure that maintenance and service activities are completed in line with industry standards and SLAs, Providing high standards of contract management You must have experience of leading both Field based and Office based teams* To work closely with the Head of Operations in regards to all aspects of service delivery and performance management * Provide first line support as required on operational and incident issues * To support the Implementation team at planning group meetings * To attend and provide input to joint investment committee meetings * To be responsible for the performance of all maintenance & service related operational obligations at the appropriate sites * To contribute to internal steering group and strategy meetings * To deliver operational excellence at the sites by meeting and exceeding operational contractual obligations * To liaise with the Head of Operations over budget management for the account, making recommendations to achieving * To be responsible for the production of performance reports to the high standards required and in line with contractual service level agreements* To understand the operational contract and provide cover / backup to other Service Managers at other sites * Provide line management of division staff based on-site * Management of site related incidents * To liaise with site base engineering teams where appropriate EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / QUALS: Managment of External Field Service and Install Teams and Internal Staff.- Essential Process DrivenExperience of managing major equipment deliveries and installations - Desirable SALARY & PACKAGE * Competitive salary * Company Vehicle* 37.5 hour week * Bonus SchemedSuitable candidates should apply immediately or by calling our Managing Consultant for this vacancy - Matt Hayes on or by sending your CV directly to him at We regret that this client is not prepared to sponsor work permit or work permit transfer applications.
