Ellis Masonhave the pleasure of working with a global construction company on their search for a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR from the Building industry. This is a HUGE project for the area and will give the right person incredible experience for their CV.The role is a permanent opportunity,based in Cardiff and will offer the opportunity to work on an incredibly impressive £350,000 project. This project is close to a lot of peoples hearts and has a deep affection from the residents. It is a 3 year projecthowever the company are offering permanent contracts as they have extensive UK future plans. If for whatever reason the contract needs to end, they would offer redundancy rather than putting people on contracts.This role is for an experienced QUANTITY SURVEYOR with a minimum of 5 years experience, to work on the project in a senior capacity.To be considered for the role the of SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR you will need to have worked on building projects such as Schools, universities, hospitals, or similar. Ideally working on projects over £50 million, however over £30,000 willbe considered.The role is available immediately!THE SALARY & BENEFITS
