Our client focuses on cable, broadcast and streaming advertisement and has reached over 15 million impressions in the last 12 months!Were on the hunt for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who takes pride in their craft, who loves learning about new technologies and who wants to be part of a platform that supports a multi-million-dollar business.About the team:Their cloud-based technology platform is developed and maintained from Cardiff, Wales.Youll work in a mature Agile environment, as part of a small team. They have many ceremonies that those familiar with Agile would recognise, such as a regular retrospective, and refinement meetings. They also promote incremental improvement with ad-hoc5- Whys sessions. They test-drive, pair-program, and continually deploy. The feedback loop between build, measure and learn is quick.The team has the sole responsibility of developing, maintaining, and supporting the platform. Our clients philosophy is one of accountability,empowerment, and the freedom to make decisions for yourself.Full Stack and Full Lifecycle:You will contribute software design and development across our full-stack of Python & PySpark AWS Glue dataflows, React (TypeScript) front ends and AWS Lambda & API Gateway (TypeScript) back-ends, as well as our SQL databases and NoSQL document stores.As well as being full-stack you will be full-lifecycle. The team has plenty of experts in various technologies and disciplines, however we do not have specialists that only do those things. We do not have QAs or Operations engineers. There are no architects,silos, or gatekeepers in the team, everyone designs, everyone implements, everyone tests, and everyone deploys.What youll be doing:

• Work within a small agile team and contribute to all aspects of the product development process from inception through to delivery
• Develop features and enhancements as directed by the needs of the company using well- crafted, reliable solutions using React, TypeScript, NodeJS, AWS Glue, Docker, AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambdas, Python, SQL and NoSQL databases & many more technologies
• Work closely with platform users, company leadership and your team to devise innovative solutions for new product features
• Maintain and improve the performance, maintainability, and quality of existing solutions
• Be proactive on matters of system design, team doctrines and engineering vision

• Ability to write clean code to a high standard in one or more languages
• Use of unit and integration tests
• Demonstrate knowledge and the vocabulary of software development principles
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Ability to validate and qualify ideas and explain them articulately to the team
• Experience working within an agile methodology
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes made
• Strong attention to detail
