Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will have a broad technical skillset and extensive experience in this industry. As a result, the candidate should be able to design, develop and test the products required for the companys needs. Moreover, the candidateshould be able to work with other developers in determining product strategy.Responsibilities
  • Developing and designing relevant code on project needs.
  • Creating learning solutions for multiple departments within the business - graphic design is a central part of this!
  • Working closely with designers and deliverers, ensuring solutions are developed.
  • Coding, with emphasis on java script and HTML.
  • Writing code and/or adding new code that is a solution to a problem.
  • Providing technical support to members of the business when required.
  • Following digital creation processes.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Managing projects, while ensuring they are delivered on time.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging market trends and new technologies.
  • Mentoring junior developers.
  • Create test driven environment for relevant projects.
Key skillsets
  • A skillset in graphic design.
  • UI/UK experience.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • (a bonus) multi media design and production.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • See things from beginning to finish.
