Job Description Summary An exciting opportunity to be part of the Wales Quality Control Team, working in partnership with Operations at a shop level to promote adherence to Quality and Safety Management Systems and conduct error investigations. In this role you will drive Quality improvement and engagement within operational areas, and work with Quality peers, operational teams, and other support functions to assure the highest product Quality standards in accordance with regulatory and customer specificrequirements. The role will require you to promote a Quality culture at a shop floor level, by enhancing shop presence, supporting Quality queries, and conveying Quality metrics for continuous improvement. The role will require you to conduct error investigations in-line with the Safety and Quality policy to identify root cause(s) and work in partnership with Operations and other support functions to determine permanent preventive actions to prevent future events.
