Job Description

The role sits within a small team, delivering multiple projects across the business; including client onboarding to a SaaS system at various product tiers and managing client projects to deliver incremental services and product capabilities. There will bea requirement to organise people, tasks and resources to deliver projects successfully.Key Responsibilities
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Essential requirements
  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the software SaaS solutions space.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
  • Able to maintain ownership of complex deliverables across different areas of the business and adequately communicate dependent priorities.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholders,
  • Ability to host and lead client meetings, providing key project updates and visibly logging key actions.
  • Ability to work at pace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Desirable requirements
  • Professional Certification e.g. PMP / PRINCE II
  • Experience in the Fintech sector
