Job Description

Part Time Mobile Handyperson Location; Cardiff Temp to perm 24 hours per weekSalary up to £15,000 per annum Our client is looking for a Handyperson to join their team on part time hours to assist with the maintenance of the sites.A driving licence would be required for this role.A level of clearance would be required for this role.Duties requested of a Mobile Handyperson:

  • Minor building fabric repairs
  • Minor decorating tasks
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.
  • Liaise with Helpdesk and supervisors
  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
