Your future employer is searching for a Paid Search Specialist with sound commercial experience to join a creative and highly successful Paid Media team. Working closely with the Paid Search Manager, your focus will be on the successful implementation of thePaid Search strategy across the business.The main responsibilities for the Paid Search Specialist will be as follows:

• Fuel your passion for PPC, as you dive into building search campaigns and crafting compelling ad copy that converts.
• Plan and build search campaigns in bulk, oversee Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts.
• Assisting the Paid Search Manager in all new ad account setup.
• Conduct regular keyword research, create persuasive ads and analyse campaign data.
• Manage and optimise multiple Google and Microsoft Search Ads campaigns to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Ensure best practices are adhered to with regards to strategy, account structure, campaign setup and optimisation.
• Work with their in-house design team to develop persuasive ads and landing pages.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are utilising the latest techniques and technologies.

If youre a results-driven specialist ready for a challenge, then this role is tailored for you:

• Clear and demonstrable experience in a similar role, either at an agency or in-house.
• 2+ years of experience managing Google Search Ads campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling and effective ad copy.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Google Ads & Bing Ads qualifications required .
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, while not required, would be a bonus.
