Job Description

� Join Our Team as a KYC Onboarding Analyst! �Are you ready to be at the forefront of the fight against financial crime We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a KYC Onboarding Analyst, playing a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our financial ecosystem.Role Overview: As a KYC Onboarding Analyst, youll be the very frontline of defence against financial crime. Your responsibilities will include conducting KYC checks at the application stage, screening for PEPs and sanctions, and assessingthe risk associated with potential customers before they are onboarded. You will serve as the first line of defence, safeguarding our financial environment, and will also handle tasks related to existing customers.Qualifications: Were looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (2 years ideally).
  • Previous experience within onboarding/KYC processes in the financial sector.
  • A legal background is welcomed, but not mandatory.
  • Strong telephone communication skills, as you will be the main point of contact for our customers.
What Youll Be Doing:
  • Conducting KYC checks at the application stage.
  • Screening for PEPs and sanctions to ensure compliance.
  • Assessing the risk associated with potential customers before onboarding.
  • Serving as the first line of defence against financial crime.
  • Handling tasks related to existing customers.
  • Utilizing your legal background, if applicable, to enhance onboarding processes.
