As an MOT Tester/Vehicle Mechanic for their family-owned business in Cardiff, you will be responsible for conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring that they meet safety and environmental standards.This is a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our customers and maintaining compliance with regulations.Responsibilities:- Perform MOT tests on vehicles according to established guidelines and standards- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, including checking brakes, lights, tyres, and other essential components- Identify any faults or defects and provide accurate and detailed reports- Advise customers on necessary repairs or maintenance required to pass the MOT test- Maintain accurate records of all tests conducted- Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practicesRequirements:
