Overview:A well-respected mortgage brokers is seeking an experienced mortgage sales manager to supervise an existing team of 5 - 8 fully qualified self-supported home-based mortgage brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers to join you and your team in the South Wales area.Main Duties:Working from home you will supervise an existing team of 5 - 8 experienced, whole of market mortgage and protection brokers ensuring that they have the support and guidance to achieve their financial goals.Working closely with the financial services director you will mentor, coach and support the existing team of brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers to cover various locations in the South Wales area, as well as recruiting additional self-employed mortgage brokers to join your team.As well as supporting the existing team of brokers you will be required to recruit additional experienced advisers to your team, using social media, a dedicated recruitment team, referrals as well as any other source that you deem suitable.You will also be required to carry out observations; one to one’s along with analysing KPI figures ensuring that the brokers are achieving their own individual targets.Our client will offer a basic to £45k plus BMW 4 series or car allowance, commission on all business banked, bonuses dependent upon file quality that equates to an OTE of £80k - £90kKey Skills:Applications will be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers with previous mortgage management experience.
