Mortgage Advisor - Cardiff - £30,000 - £34,000 - Permanent/Full-timeWe are proud to be working with one of the leading second charge mortgage specialists in the UK for their latest Mortgage Advisor vacancy. The successful candidate will be driven, results/sales focused and possess a good telephone manner. You will be providing an advisory service for variable, fixed and discounted second charge mortgages via telephone and email.Mortgage Advisor duties and responsibilities;

Providing appropriate mortgage advice to customers whilst abiding by the regulatory and company requirements

Conducting all customer contact in a professional manner and acting with integrity at all times

Proactively managing daily workload and dealing with all customer cases in line with customer expectations and targets

Maintaining company competence standards

Looking for and suggesting areas of improvement to enhance customer journey delivery

Mortgage Advisor experience;

Detailed knowledge and understanding of MCOB regulatory framework for the provision of advice on first and second charge mortgages

CeMAP qualified up to level 3

Previous experience in Mortgage sales desirable

The successful candidate will be able to showcase strong communication skills and the ability to work in a logical manner.
