Job Description

Were now hiring for a Lettings Compliance Administrator to join a multi-branch independent estate agent in Cardiff. This agent have gone from strength to strength over the last few years and now require an experienced candidate to join the Lettings team.Lettings Administrator – Benefits

  • Office based position
  • £25,000 salary plus opportunity for commission
  • Training & development available
Lettings Administrator – Duties
  • Preparing and signing off all Standard Occupation Contracts for the department
  • Ensuring all gas safety certificates, EICRs and EPCs are booked and completed on time
  • Responsible for tenancy progression and all paperwork/payments are completed in readiness for move in
  • Processing tenant referencing and general Lettings administration
Lettings Administrator – Experience needed
  • Previous experience in either Lettings Administration or Property Management is required
  • A keen eye for detail and top drawer organisational skills are a must
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Knowledge of Lettings legislation
