Legal Services Executive / Paralegal x 2 Cardiff £Competitive Salary1 x Permanent 1 x 12 month FTC Our client has two excellent opportunities for conscientious and meticulous individuals to deliver efficient legal services to the Group. You will draft offer letters and associated security documents for loans, ensuring that documentation is completed withinthe set timescales. You will play a key role in the completion of legal and quasi-legal documentation including using Docusign to facilitate electronic signature of documents. With great attention to detail, you will draft documentation for portfolio customers(including letters, deeds of priority and novation agreements), ensuring compliance with the FCA’s Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) rules and procedures where applicable. A confident and articulate communicator, you will manage enquiries from the Group in relationto loan and security documentation, execution and registration. You will assist the General Counsel with reviews of legal / security documentation to ensure compliance with relevant laws, including Companies Act, Consumer Credit Act and Subsidy Control Act.They are looking for individuals that can review and create legal documentation, always ensuring accuracy. You will demonstrate strong written and drafting skills and will be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Highlyorganised with excellent administrative skills, you will be adept at organising work under pressure and working to agreed timescales. You’ll have a good understanding of legal documentation, including loan agreements and security, and will be keen to developyour knowledge. IT literate, you will be able to use a variety of Microsoft Office packages which must Word, Excel, Docusign and PowerPoint. Although not essential, it would be beneficial if you have a degree or relevant experience of working within a lawfirm and /or the financial services sector.
