Specialising in spare parts and accessories for home appliances, we operate from our state-of-the-art 43,000sq.ft. facility in Cardiffs Capital Business Park.Who Were Seeking:Are you a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in Key Customer Account Management Join our elite team as a Key Account Sales Manager and take your career to new heights. If you thrive on building and nurturing long-term relationships, thisrole is tailored for you.Your Mission:

  • Manage and nurture existing key accounts through proactive outreach via telesales and email campaigns.
  • Identify and stimulate new business opportunities within underperforming relationships.
  • Cultivate existing relationships through video meetings and occasional in-person visits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage select accounts with finesse.
  • Master our companys key attributes, supply capabilities, and business-to-business ecommerce platform to effectively pitch to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and the sales team to meet business targets and exceed customer expectations.
Essential Traits:
  • Proven track record in managing customer accounts with finesse.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport effortlessly.
  • Results-driven mindset with flexibility in workload and working hours.
  • Self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using business ERP/CRM systems, with technical acumen to keep them up to date.
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Open to collaborative working and feedback.
  • Fluent in English with a valid UK driving license.
  • Authorised to work in the UK.
Desirable (But Not Essential):
  • Experience in the home appliance industry or spare parts aftermarket industries.
  • Familiarity with Oracles NetSuite ERP system.

Job Details:
  • Full-time, permanent position with a standard 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Commission pay and performance bonuses to further enhance your earnings.
  • GCSE or equivalent education preferred.
  • Work location: In person at our Cardiff facility.
