Job Description

IT Technician - £25,000 - Cardiff - HybridWere recruiting for an IT Technician to manage an IT estate at a leading fintech company. Work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and the chance to gain exposure to various aspects of IT support and administration.This is what youll be doing:

  • Manage users, groups, licenses, and access policies (Microsoft 365, Entra AD).
  • SharePoint/OneDrive Admin.
  • Microsoft Exchange Admin.
  • InTune Endpoint Admin.
  • Procure and set up IT equipment, including laptops and mobile devices.
Some areas of experience youll bring to the team:
  • Familiarity with service desk software such as Jira.
  • Experience with web proxies, VPNs, Zero Trust solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (Entra AD).
  • Experience in configuring Microsoft Exchange (O365), SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Experience using Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management) for device management.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
