The successful candidate will be coached and developed to manage the inbound support tickets and first line fixes to enable ourpeople to do their jobs and our business run effectively. A large part of this role will be developing relationships at all levels across the business and provide the best service to our people.What you will be doing in this role

  • Responsible for day to day management of inbound support tickets and calls from our users.
  • First line resolution, including but not limited to:
    • Password resets
    • Resolving common difficulties
    • FAQ’s
  • Ensuring tickets are elevated to the next levels of support where needed.
  • Cooridinate the collection and delviery of user hardware for new starters, leavers and movers.
  • Contribute to improvements that support the continuous improvement of processes and controls within the team.
  • Provide self help and user guides for the IT Customers to help grow user self-service.
What you will bring to the role
  • Keen interest in technology and drive to learn more about the field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and the related desktop applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively and to be prompt and punctual.
  • Drive, self-motivation, and ability to work under own initiative.
  • Experience of delivering a high level of customer service.
